This RCMP IP, 199.212.150.5, has been engaged in widespread automated ingestion of automated content versus Prime Rogue Inc infrastructure. An ATIA request is pending but it is believed this is a centralized intake hub tied to protective policing and/or national security mandates.

This IP has regularly been used, by an unknown user, to contribute to MediaWiki, and this provides compelling but circumstantial evidence that it might be associated with RCMP Public Affairs.

This RCMP IP was also used, in 2012, to leave a review for a wedding reception venue named the Trocadero, located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Another user posted from this RCMP IP to the GIXXER.COM motorcycle forum in 2013, and was reverse-attributed by admin, and accused of being a returning banned user.

The RCMP IP address examined here has also been heavily used in the Dave Charron Hockey League, an online fantasy hockey league, to sign transactions as recently as July, 2025, for at least six uses in total, by an officer who appears to be responsible for the Prince Albert, SK RCMP Department. The fantasy hockey league uses IP-based signing – a common OPSEC oversight on Shared Services Canada IPs.
